I know for a fact (personal experience) that Yohimbe works temporarily but you build a tolerance to it.Not sure what the ingredients in Extenze are.

I’m wondering if doing the kegel exercise would not allow me to produce semen or have an affect on sexual reproduction…so i need some expertise on this topic?Thanks!
Ok that’s great but i heard from this guy that when you do these exercises you have a hard time releasing urine and semen?
