I know for a fact (personal experience) that Yohimbe works temporarily but you build a tolerance to it.Not sure what the ingredients in Extenze are.

You have to be careful with the term “male enhancement”; for some, it may mean maintaining an erection (like Enzyte).
thee is truly no proff that any of these products to make you bigger have lasting effects. Any kind of product that increases blood flow can cause a temporary size increases, but there is no shot, no lotion, no exercies, no pill and nocream that will make your longer wider and larger permanently.
Even operations are questionable at best
