Effectiveness of kegel exercise in men even if penis is not erect?

Doing kegel exercise even if the penis is not erect in men is still effective?
coz i have read many post regarding kegel exercise they said its not only usefull for women but also for men. It is also okay to do kegel exercise even if the penis is not erect will it be effective as much as when penis is erect? i appreciate the future helps and answers

It’s fine to do the exercises while flaccid. It will still help strenghten the muscles.

You don’t need to have an erect penis to do kegel exercises. Although the exercises are to help control your penis and ejaculation, the muscle you are exercising is not the penis itself.

Yep… doesn’t matter. It’s the squeeze that makes it work… not being erect.
