How often should I perform the “Kegel” exercise?

To gain better control of my ejaculations, how often should I perform the Kegel exercise? Any chance I get? 5 minutes a day, everyday? or what?

Just as you do any other exercise for building muscle, you should include Kegel exercises as part of your routine.

Do them during your normal exercise period. How many reps is up to you. As you do more, the better your floor muscles will build up.

This muscle is extremely fragile, so you have to be careful not to over work it!
I read somewhere that you should hold it for three seconds, and the release for three seconds, and that you should only do 10-12 reps, no more than 3 sets a day, and its safer to space them out.
Believe me, it doesn’t take much work with that muscle to see a difference.

5 minutes up to three times a day (15 minutes total, if that), hold for ten seconds, release for 30 seconds. This is recommended by the urologists I work for.
