Kegel exercises work the pelvic floor muscles. This will help you control your bladder better. Doesn't really help with sex life sorry. The best way to work these muscles is to stop your urinary flow before you are finished. If you able to stop the flow, you are doing it right. Once you know you are doing it right, you can do it anytime. You want to do reps of 10 clenches then rest, 10 then rest, etc. You can do it as long as you like. Good health.

You know that tightening feeling inside when you are trying to "hold it in" ( so you don't have an accident I mean) That tightening is the exercise. You repeat that over and over, even several times a day. The great thing is, you can do it anywhere, because no one knows you're doing it. I'm not sure what benefit it has for men. I've only heard of it in terms of women.

Considering men don't have a vagina, I'd find it very difficult to explain.

Kegel exercise for men is just practicing the muscle that is contracted following urination. You can contract it virtually anywhere and strengthen it.
