What triggers the body to ejaculate and therefore produce sperm/semen? Any specific senses or anything?
Before you answer, I know how you ejaculate. I just want to know how the body knows when to.
I would be very appreciative if someone could answer this question. Thanks!

awkward question?
The body constantly produce sperm so the holds are full always.
The body is constantly producing sperm by the kidneys, and when there is not sexual activity it is discharge by the urine. During sexual activity the testicles along with the prostrate and kidneys produce more and more sperm, when the testicle move up completely in the scrotum you ejaculate

Ur penis has sex glands. it just surrenders and gives in when its having fun and cums. thats a simple way to look at it
When you ejaculate, the stored sperm in the testicles are pushed up and when they become tighter that means it is getting closer to the neck of the penis. after it reaches as far as it can, it pushes up through the penis. I might have gotten off topic. The sperm is already there, it goes out when you urinate and is immediately reproduced. when you ejaculate, it just produces more sperm because of the intense pleasure.
There are several answerers here who need to be educated themselves
As with everything else the brain is in control. As you are stimulated the body set up an ejaculation using stored semen.
